Claude’s attempt to explain why SuperPACs are doomed
Many of us have spent many years trying to get the legal system to understand why SuperPACs are not compelled by the First Amendment. Most people believe the Supreme Court so held in Citizens United v. FEC (2010); that belief is simple ignorance. None of us have yet to get a court to agree with our position. I’ve been experimenting with the LLMs’ understanding of the issue. I’ve noticed over time that more and more are getting to the right answer (imho, at least). What follows is Claude’s effort to explain the point, having been directed to develop the most persuasive argument supporting the claim.
